  • Nope! We don’t charge any fees before your loan gets approved and disbursed. If anyone asks you for money first, it’s not us—please be careful, it might be a scam.

  • We’re not lenders—we’re loan consultants who help people get approved by real banks. We've helped thousands of happy clients and even won awards. You can always verify our team to be sure you're speaking to the real deal.

  • We help you apply for all types of bank loans—personal, business, mortgage, and debt consolidation. Our job is to match you with the best loan based on your profile.

  • It’s easy:

    •  We check your CTOS report for free

    • A consultant will guide you and collect your documents

    • We submit your application to multiple banks

    • Once approved, the bank disburses the loan

    • And remember: No upfront fees at all.

  • Not at all. Everything can be done online—WhatsApp, phone, or email. But if you prefer, you’re welcome to visit us too.

  • For most personal/mortgage loans:

    • You should have 6 months of active credit (If your salary is below RM4,000, you don’t need to have credit history)

    • No missed payments for 2 months in a row / AKPK / Special attention account with banks (unless your salary is above RM3,000)

    For business loans:

    • Business must be registered (SSM) for at least 1 year

  • If you’re working (employee):

    • 3 months’ payslips

    • 2 years’ EPF statement

    If self-employed:

    • 6 months’ company bank statements

  • Yes. We’ll look into your commitments, see what’s workable, and help you apply for a plan that reduces your monthly commitment.

  • We might still be able to help—especially if your salary is RM3,000 and above. We’ll check your report and discuss options.

  • We work with almost all major Malaysian banks, and even some licensed non-bank lenders (like AEON or P2P platforms). But just to be clear—we don’t lend money ourselves.

  • No consultant can guarantee 100% approval. But we’ll do everything we can to improve your chances, fix issues, and match you to banks that fit your profile.

    • Personal loans: up to 10 years, interest from ~3% onwards

    • Mortgage loans: up to 35 years

    • Final rates and tenure depend on your income, credit, and bank choice.

  • Personal and mortgage loans usually take 3–7 working days—some even faster. Business loans can take a bit longer depending on the documents. We try to speed things up by preparing everything properly from the start.
